Illegal racing on public roads. Often at high speeds, ignoring traffic signals and putting the public at risk.

Groups driving in convoys, often slowly or blocking lanes, causing disruption and delays for other road users.

🛵 Unlicensed Powered Vehicles
Mini-motos, e-scooters, quads and similar vehicles cannot be used on public roads or pavements unless they are road legal and display number plates.
